Why XLPE? And which surface suits you?
The Luxus Traveller and the Luxus Traveller Case are made from closed-cell, cross-linked PE foam (XLPE). The material is light, dimensionally stable and can be milled with precision – ideal for inlays that need to fit perfectly for years.
Fit & configuration
Every inlay is made individually, for the boot well of your car or for the Luxus Traveller Case (S / M / L / XL). Vertical side walls ensure a snug fit and an even, surface-friendly load distribution.
Care
Wipe clean with a damp cloth; solvent-free cleaners are all you need. The abrasion-resistant surface supports a long service life.

Wood
Warm, distinguished, classic
Fine woods or veneers on a backing material create a warm, high-quality look. Can be matched to the interior and leather colours of your car or case. Spot repairs by sanding or oiling are possible.
HPL / Composite
Durable, easy-care, built for everyday use
Technical composite surfaces – abrasion- and scratch-resistant, moisture-proof and dimensionally stable. Low maintenance, understated look. The most robust choice for intensive use in the car or the case.
Leather
Elegant, quiet, luxurious
Genuine or synthetic leather on a backing material offers a refined feel, quiet placement and a luxurious overall impression. Colour-matched to your car's interior or the case. Requires regular care.
